Bucket came to the rescue centre suffering from a nasty wound to his back legs. He was found caught up in garden wire and was in a very sorry state. The wound was difficult to heal and for a few days it was touch and go for poor little Bucket. Slowly Bucket got better and stronger and is now happy and fit and waiting to be offered a loving environment.

Horace, a tiny baby hedgehog, came to the rescue centre after being abandoned. He was in a poor state - suffering from a very bad nosebleed - and feeling very lonely and sorry for himself. To help him recover, Horace was put in a pen with other baby hedgehogs. After lots of tender loving care, Horace is now as good as new and he's now looking for a loving home.
