Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart - click confirm if you want to shop some more or checkout if you have finished shopping. Click on "View Cart" if you wish to check or alter your order in any way, click on "Checkout" to go to checkout.

We accept credit card payments only. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds Sterling.

We accept Visa, Switch, Solo and Mastercard. We do not accept Visa Electron cards.
Shipping And Handling All items are well packaged to protect them in transit, and delivery of toys in the UK is normally by Royal Mail Second Class or ParcelForce delivery service for the larger parcels. Overseas deliveries are usually by international datapost.

We currently charge £2.95 for UK deliveries and £5.95 for overseas irrespective of the size of your order.
Delivery Schedule As soon as your order is placed with us, we process it right away. You will normally receive your toy order in 2 to 3 working days to the UK for all items in stock. Overseas orders may take up to 14 days.

Should an item not be in stock it could take a little longer. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Please note the delivery schedules of the postal services and bear these in mind when you want your parcel delivered. We can not take responsibility for any failure of the postal services that are used to deliver an item within the specified time.


Back Orders If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Or you can simply choose another item which is in stock.
Tax Charges All prices quoted on this website include UK value added tax (VAT) at 17.5%
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the Actinic Catalog software that we use. Your order is placed using 128 bit encryption and is only decrypted after it reached our computer. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Should you return any product, p&p will be paid by you and the returned goods will be in the exact condition when originally despatched. Upon these conditions being met, the cost of the item will then be refunded to your account.

Should an item prove to be faulty then all p&p charges will be refunded too.
