Important Notes:  Our check out program requires the user have Java & JavaScript enabled in your Browser (be it Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator) in order to work.

After adding the items you require to your shopping cart you can then proceed to the checkout. To place your order click on the "Checkout" link shown at the top of every page.

Page 1) On the first check out page you are shown your shopping cart to ensure you are happy with it's contents and located underneath is a drop down box for you to enter your "delivery" location eg United Kingdom, United States, France etc. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Page 2) The next page will show you your shopping cart including any relevant shipping charges (for UK customers we add £2.95 for shipping and handling, and £5.95 for overseas customers. This is a fixed charge irrespective of the size of your order). The total shown will be your total amount payable with no further charges to be made. UK VAT is including in all pricing.

Enter your information in the Invoice boxes provided ensuring to correctly fill out all required fields (shown in red). Should you require you may also have the goods shipped to one location and the invoice to another by checking the "Ship to another address" check box. The "invoice" address should be the address of the credit card holder who is paying for the goods.

When completed click on the "Next" button.

Page 3) The following page will ask you to enter your shipping address (if you selected to ship to a different address on the previous page), plus a couple of quick questions which help us to improve our service. Fill out any relevant information and click the "Next" button to continue to the final page.

Page 4) On this page you are asked to enter your credit card information in the relevant boxes provided. The credit cards we accept are: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Switch and Solo cards. The data you enter in this page is encrypted and can only be read by us.

When completed click on the "Finish" button, your encrypted credit card details along with your order and the other information you entered will then be sent directly to us.

Your receipt will then be displayed for you to print out if you wish. You will also receive an email to confirm receipt of your order.

Please note: The final encryption of your credit card details and the transmission to us may take some time depending upon the speed of your computer and the speed of your Internet connection.
