Returns Policy
Creature Toys is committed to providing excellent customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us by e-mail on: orders@creaturetoys.co.uk Please include your order reference number in all correspondence.

If for some reason your order has arrived incomplete, incorrect or damaged you can choose to have your order completed in full, the item replaced or your money back.

Alternatively if you are dissatisfied with your purchase a full refund will be given. In which case all goods must be returned to the below address in it's original packing, un-used with all accessories included. Please note that in cases where an order is not incomplete, incorrect or damaged then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges.

Please note: If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom it is important you mark the customs note as "items being returned" and not as gifts or sales. Returns without this marking will automatically be returned to you.

Arrives incomplete have a replacement sent or a refund for the missing item.
Arrives damaged have a replacement sent or a refund for the damaged item. Please send the item to the address above - the cost of returning will be refunded.
Arrives incorrect have a replacement sent or a refund for the incorrect item. Please send the incorrect item to the address above - the cost of returning will be refunded.
Cancellation  / no longer needed by you Return the item within 7 days to the above address including all papers and accessories and in perfect condition. Your credit card will be refunded for the value of the goods only (i.e. minus the shipping charges). Please note: goods returned to us which do not arrive in perfect condition may result in a charge to you for having the goods replaced. However you may cancel your order and get a complete refund for the full amount if your order has not been shipped when you cancel, depending on stock levels this can be from 24hrs - 72hrs before dispatch.
