All orders to customers within the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and the Channel Islands etc) are sent via Royal Mail second class, recorded delivery, within two working days of receipt of your order. You should therefore allow up to 10 days for your goods to arrive - although your order is likely to arrive a lot sooner.

We charge a flat rate of £2.95 for post and handling whatever the size of your order.

Overseas orders

Overseas orders are sent via international datapost (recorded delivery) within two days of receipt of your order. You should therefore allow up to 14 days for your goods to arrive - although your order is likely to arrive a lot sooner.

We charge a flat rate of £5.95 for post and handling whatever the size of your order.

Delayed shipping

In the unlikely event that we do not have the item(s) that you have ordered in stock we will inform you by email. You will have the option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait and we will not charge your credit/debit card.

In any case, we do not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order.
